CALLON has a tangible ambition: to create and animate a multifunctional physical centre where Culture, Knowledge, Skills and Innovation meet every day.
A place of reference open to the city, its communities and the world. A place where Calon/Roma culture gains a visible presence and where Roma and non-Roma people can create, learn, research and build together.

About
A place to meet. A story written together.
Established in January 2026, CALLON is a Portuguese association dedicated to Roma culture, knowledge, skills and participation. It brings Roma and non-Roma people together in a project open to society.
With communities. With everyone.
Representation begins when communities take part in shaping their own stories. We seek to open paths towards dialogue, dignity and shared creation.
